For more than 30 years, Scott and Tracy SNOWMAN (yes, that really is their last name) have been drawing, painting and writing for children. With a name like theirs, it is no surprise they love Christmas. This book started on a day when school had been cancelled and there was a horrible blizzard outside. Scott and Tracy made a fire in the fireplace, stirred up some hot cocoa and settled in under a blanket in their living room. They wrote the story on that cold day. They spent the next six months making the pictures with colored pencils. By the next fall (10 months later) the book was published. It is dedicated to their children who are now grown up, but are still kids at heart and LOVE Christmas.
